- Takigi Noh Performance: Starts at 6:00 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM)
- Venue: Noh Stage, Suizenji Jōjuen Garden (within Izumi Shrine)
The 64th Summer Festival Takigi Noh at Izumi Shrine
The annual Takigi Noh will be held at the Noh Stage inside Suizenji Jōjuen Garden
( Map No.12).
Takigi Noh is a traditional outdoor Noh performance, staged under the light of bonfires.
A Magical Summer Night Experience
As the summer night falls, the gentle glow of firelight flickers across the stage. The deep, resonant beats of the drums echo in the stillness, and Noh actors slowly appear, bringing the world of classical Japanese theater to life.

Admission to the Noh performance is free.
☔ The event will take place even in case of rain.
🌙 Garden admission is free after 5:30 PM.
