What is Friends of Suizenji Jōjuen Association?
Friends of Suizenji Jōjuen Association exists in order to foster familiarity with the garden and to encourage people to visit as often as they like.
About the Friends of Suizenji Jōjuen Association
By paying the annual fee, members can visit Suizenji Jōjuen as many times as they like, and enjoy the changes in the beautiful scenery from season to season.
Membership Benefits
Members can enter the park as many times as they like within a year.
Annual Membership Fee
- Individual Member
- Fee: 1,000 JPY
(Annual fee is 200 JPY for those living in the Izumi and Sunatori school districts) - Corporate Membership
- Fee: From 10,000 JPY
(For 10 members and above)
Application Process
- 1. The membership card will be sent after receiving payment.

- Please fill in the necessary sections in the membership application form, and pay the membership fee at Izumi Shrine Office Window (opening hours 9:00–17:00)

Alternatively, send the form via e-mail (suizenji@jojuen.jp) or fax (096-383-4233) and pay the membership fee via bank transfer.

Religious Corporation Izumi Shrine, Representative Officer Hosokawa Morimitsu - We will send the membership card to you after receiving payment.
(It will take around 2–3 weeks for your card to be delivered) - Membership cards can only be used by the registered individual. They may not be loaned or transferred to third parties.
- 2.Expiration Date
- Membership cards are valid for a period between 1 and 3 years. Once the card has expired, membership renewal is required.
- 3.Early Cancellation of Annual Passport
- Those with individual or corporate membership may withdraw their membership partway through the validity period; however, those with special membership cannot do so.
(We cannot issue refunds for those who withdraw their membership) - 4.Handling of Personal Information
- The personal information of members will only be used for the purposes of the Friends of Suizenji Jōjuen Association.
